Instagram is one of my most used apps that I use daily for fitness motivation and workout ideas. I definitely spend way more time than I'd like to admit stalking new personal trainers on IG and looking for cool new workouts to try next time at the gym. I'll usually get my workouts from their IG pages or stories, and save them to refer to later at the gym or when I'm working out at home.

Here are a few of my favorites:

Krissy Cela

Krissy's page is easily one of my top favorite go-to's for inspiration and workout ideas. Her workouts are feasible yet challenging, mostly body weight and resistance focused and definitely bring on the burn. She offers training and meal plans for purchase, including a student plan to better fit student budgets and busy schedules, and truly cares about her clients and their fitness progress.

Kathryn Jimenez

I have been obsessed with Kathryn's page for a while now. It's rare for me to see other people at the gym as petite as I am, so when I found her page, I was instantly inspired. Her workouts are so challenging, but are definitely effective and worthwhile. Also, her physique is just AMAZING. Definitely body goals all around. What I like about Kathryn's training program is that she goes out of her way to encourage and connect personally with each of her clients, and even goes so far as to send personalized video responses via DM to each of them.

Madalin Giorgetta

I usually look to Madalin for body (booty) inspo and fitness tips, but most of all it's her contagious cheery attitude that I absolutely love. Her workouts are heavily glute-targeting, focusing on growing the peach without bulking up the legs too much (she's not a huge fan of squats). Definitely one of my daily reminders to get my ass to the gym whenever I come across her photos on my IG feed.

Simeon Panda

First of all, moment of silence for Simeon's physique. Can we just... wow. Looking at his body makes me want to be a better person. Also gets me off my ass and on the way to the gym every time I come across his photos. He is a widely renowned and respected figure  in the fitness community and also owns his own athletic wear company and training accessories line. I could definitely watch him do lunges across the gym forever.

Abby Pollock

I've seen Abby's videos around YouTube every now and then before I came across her IG, and I've always found her videos to be some of the most helpful and educational out there. She picks up on a lot of the most common problems that people run into when attempting certain exercises and demonstrates how to correct it and strengthen the particular muscles in use. Super helpful for understanding why and how certain exercises help your body.

Uzoma Obilor

Uzoma's physique is absolutely insane. He recently did a shred and lost 40 lbs, and it definitely paid off. I mostly go to his page for body inspo, especially his crazy mind-muscle connection. Seriously, go watch his 'Alien Gains' videos.

Julian Smith

I have to admit that at first glance, Julian's workouts seemed a little on the odd side and definitely not what I was used to, but he definitely knows how to target those muscles usually missed by other trainers. I love going to his page for shoulder and back workouts, as well as quads and hams focused workouts.

Stephanie Sanzo

Steph's videos are powerlifting-focused with a few light workouts here and there. Seeing her strength and ability was one of the things that really pushed me to want to start working on and believing in my own strength more when I first started my fitness journey. Her workouts are insane when it comes to feminine strength, and her petite size is definitely a plus in my own fitspo.

Sadik Hadzovic

Sadik has this insanely inspiring strong sense of self-discipline, willpower and dedication to his fitness, and it definitely shows. He adheres so strongly to such a clean lifestyle, even meal prepping everywhere he travels and making sure he gets in all of his meals on time. I also love that he shares his meals and his grocery trips. He's a body builder, personal trainer and super active in the Mr. Olympia world, and his clients consistently show amazing build results. I think I have a thing for looking at before/after fitness photos, I always catch myself looking at them when I'm bored. I watch his IG stories for motivation and his contagious positivity when it comes to eating, sleeping and breathing a fit lifestyle.

Briana Shaffer

What I love most about Briana's workout videos is how doable yet challenging they all are. I also can't help but be amazed and crazy inspired by her weight loss transformation (she lost 65 lbs), which pushes me to believe in my own progress more. She's super down to earth and definitely passionate about not just working out but maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle, even maintaining that fit mindset through those cheat meals and rest days.
